(German/English simultaneous interpretation)
|
 |
|
| |
|
Monday, November 29, 2004
14.30 – 18.00
Karlsruhe Congress Center, Stadthalle
Chairman: Rolf-Dieter Erbe, Berlin Fire Service
|
 |
Aim of the workshop
|
 |
The aim of the workshop is to host
a well-informed discussion of airbag technology and the latest technical
developments, and to illuminate the experiences of the rescue services.
Critical issues are to be addressed and discussed with experienced
airbag developers from the research and industry communities. The
workshop seeks objectively to evaluate airbag technology and its
implications for those engaged in rescuing people from vehicles
equipped with airbags and, if a need for action is identified, to
formulate a response. All participants in the workshop are expected
to engage in the discussion. |
 |
| Participation |
|
The workshop is being organized specifically
for members of the rescue services, their instructors, and representatives
of the airbag and vehicle industries. The registration fee is €
100.00 plus VAT and covers the workshop on Monday,
November 29, interval refreshments, entrance to the exhibition
and the evening reception in the exhibition venue. Confirmation
of attendance can be issued on request. Registered participants
in the Airbag Symposium can attend the workshop at no additional
cost. |
